The instructors within JPO can deliver specialist advice, training and guidance focused on Joint Fires Integration (JFI) and Air/Battlespace Management (ASM/BM). We can tailor to customer needs, meeting the demands of modern conflicts.

Organisations that have effectively executed JFI and BM have shown, in historical and modern conflicts, that the dynamic and procedural implementation of these processes leads to mission success.

JPOs instructors use the Training Transition Programme (TTP) methodology. This process is aimed at enabling our customers to achieve self-sufficiency after initial training and instruction, focusing on long-term capability development and resilience. Able to travel and deliver services at any location, our instructors maintain regular contact and provide the necessary content to sustain an ongoing training pipeline.

Conflicts of the modern era have highlighted the need for current, competent and dynamic personnel to deliver effects in any given environment. All of our instructors remain up to date with NATO procedures, and have deployed in role, within the last two years. The modernisation of conflict as seen in Eastern Europe, Middle East and many other locations across the globe, has demanded dynamic employment of traditional practices, with an ability to tailor them to counter emerging threats.

Joint Fires Integration (JFI) is the coordinated and synchronised use of firepower from land, air and sea components, to achieve a common objective effectively and efficiently. It ensures that all available firepower is used in a unified manner, minimising risks of friendly fire and collateral damage while maximising combat effectiveness.

Battlespace Management (BM) is an enabling function, that is paramount to the effective and safe completion of objectives. As defined in AJP-3; BM is the use of all necessary adaptive means and measures that enable the planned and dynamic coordination, synchronisation and prioritisation of activities across all dimensions of an assigned area of operations within the battlespace.
